Default JKS disco install help

What's a good way to get these old bolts out? As you can see, I've tried quite a few methods already. The passenger side is untouched, so if there is an easier way to do this I can try it fresh on that side. I didn't think they'd be that hard to remove.

Thank you

Air hammer and pb blaster. Hit from inside out. Don't try to drill it out

Try to get it out before heating it up. For certain bolts, leave heating up as last resort so as not to weaken the metal around it.

I had to use heat and a BFH. Those are splined and will not twist out no matter what. Hit them from the inside out, as stated earlier... and make sure you don't have anything valuable or fragile anywhere nearby. When mine finally shot out, they left a dent in the drywall 18' away.

Maybe its the California weather but mine came right out with 1 hit with a steel hammer. No pb or cursing involved.

I cut the threads of with my grinder then drilled through the star with a 1/2" drill bit when I installed the RE links.

Bfh, big f-ing hammer right? I've been trying that but I'm real afraid I'm going to bend the bracket.

Yep, I used the $10 puller from HF. Much easier and safer than a BFH.

That would be correct. I only had to hit it a couple of times and didn't have any issue with bending the steel. But using the puller sounds like a better idea now that I see it.
Edit: yes, should be able to pick one up at any auto parts store that loans tools.

The puller did the trick no problem. Thanks for the help guys. Here's the finished product.
