Do jet performance chip work well in Jeep? If so do they make a different in over all performance power, throttle response, gas mileage, etc?

after doing research on GoogleI didn't really see anything bad about JET performance chips. I'm pretty sure there are other BS like the one on the Ads on this forum.
No. U are buying a 10 cent part that they sell for over 100. It just fool your engine into running lean. Not very good.
And I agree with atmos. It's one of most laughable mods for Cherokees. Just cause it work on other cars doesn't mean it work on Cherokees too.

Junk. Relocate your IAT for free, does the same thing. Take your money and spend it on quality maintenance items, or open up the intake and exhaust.
The 4.0 is a tractor engine from the 60s that was propped up for a very long time. It's durable, not a performer. Chrysler stopped selling them because they couldn't keep up with fuel economy, power, and emissions targets. It's very tightly tuned from the factory.

On a modern engine a chip or tuner can do a lot,But the jeep 4.0 is basicly a 60s tractor engine its already running at the max it can in stock forum.If your looking for a bump in power and basic stuff a full tune up full exhaust and intake will help.

Thanks everyone for your helping me savring some money. I all already have most of the uengine upgrades cat back, cold air intake, bbk 62mm throttle body,and Accel tune-up kit with Accel coil. Next is 99+ intake manifold, headers, hi flow cat, and injectors upgrad.
