I have no plans on doing the proportioning valve at this time. I have yet to have front or rear lock up and until I have a problem with it. Why fix it if it ain't broke. I eyed this upgrade for a long time before doing it and once I did it I was like dang that wasn't too bad. Just pay attention and you should be good.

As one who has driven the same XJ both without and then with the prop valve change, it's better with.
And you don't need to change the whole prop valve. Only the guts from a 94 to 98 Grand Cherokee with rear discs.
