Default jeep speed stinger

OK so im not real sure if they qualify as stingers...but the jeep speed cherokee's run the bent tubing pre runner style bumpers, and some are mounted to stock bumpers...

just the tube part tho, no skid plate. How do they reinforce the fiberglass on the front? with backing plates? i think they look different and would like to fab one up, just wondering on the points of attachment

They go straight through the bumpers and header panel to an internal engine cage.
