thanks man, that exactly what i wanted to hear. now i just need $500 for new suspension.

i really am in need of a new suspension. my leafs are flat and almost reversing. my shocks are shot and i could use new springs. im in the military and on a budget. what is the cheapest lift out there with full leafs? I would like to lift it to 3" but if i could get all the stuff listed above cheaper at stock height or slightly taller i would do that. thanks.

4.5 inch lift- $495.99
3 inch lift- $290.66
2 inch lift- $251.46

I have the 3 inch lift and it's been on my XJ for 8 months. No issues at all. I love it and it flexes great.

I also run zone but 4.5" and no problems at all and works great.

Haha you would be supprised.. Ive seen some home made ones here in LA that are alot bigger than 8".. then again it is nothing but mud down here and if you like jeeps but want to go mudding with the trucks running 44s, your going to have to some major lifting

haha the only way I think you could get them on a xj is to have a very wide/strong set of axles- would look rediculous haha... I mean I run 35 x12s on 6.5 of lift just fine but some of the mud holes here are rediculous... there are some trails I cant go on even with a winch because its just dragging the pumpkins the entire time... lol
