Jeep Cherokee front end
I am looking to beef up front end on my 96. I am running 35s now and wanting to know best route to go. My front end right now is some rough country kit I believe but I didn’t install so have no idea.

Lifetime warranty wheel bearings would be a good start. Matched steering and track bar length and angle would be another good idea if they currently are not.
Really hard to advise on such little info

Above the discussion section there is a section with a purple header called stickies with posts that are permanently pinned, or stuck, to the top of the forum.
One of them has a nice chart of what upgrades need to be done for various amounts of lifts.

Oem dodge front bearings went to 180k drivers side then 200k for passenger. Cheap autzone left front went to 370k passenger side is still going at 380k.
I dont really drive my jeep much to wear out parts like this.

We used to buy the National brand hubs, lifetime warranty - just don't lose the box! Then we went to Timken through the Zone-autozone, then it was Moog.
At a point we were replacing hubs atleast once a year when we did our pre wheeling season rituals of fluids and nut-bolt checks. By default if the axle shafts came out we would replace the hubs too.
It incentivized anytime I buy hub unit bearings, at the very least I try to get ones with a lifetime warranty.
Had to replace the unit bearings on my LP Dodge d60 axle a few years back and at $300 a hub and no lifetime warranty that sucked. Id rather replace a hub once a year by default vs footing the bill for a new one every couple years
