Jeeptubes carrier spindle is machined from 1.25" Hi-Tensile Cold Rolled Steel and is rated for 1,250LBS of load. All for $48 Bucks

Maybe your old ones where made out of cast and would fatigue and shear off. But still don't think they are worth what your asking when I can get something pretty comparable to yours for alot less.

The Tube part of the spindle isn't the problem. The spindle is. From the pics on that site, it just looks a standard old trailer spindle. They are machine, but from a cast not built from billet.

You have no underside or backside pics here.
No, they are built from flat sheet. We haven't finished up the back end yet, I will get pics of the construction when we get that far.

Product branding is something we have never done. With this new line, we are trying to develop some recognition for our product.

We will have an option for removal of the crest/logo, but it will be at an extra cost and will put the order on our more standard wait/build time. We do plan to start stocking our product for faster ship times, but we can't do that with a more standard product list or less options if you will.

Its machined from 1.25" cold rolled steel. NOT BILLET.

It's a cast piece of steel that is cold rolled into its final dimensions.

It is NOT piece that is cnc'd out of a solid block of metal.

I think something cool with JCR letters would be sweet. People get too butthurt over anything with a cross in it. With the JCR letters you could appeal to evryone while still staying tied to your religious roots.

cost extra to not put something on it...
thats backwards

its not like you can save and reuse the metal that gets stamped/cut out

It's all about building stuff in batch size. The larger the batch, the more money you save. When we have to build a few bumpers instead of a large batch, cost goes up.

It's not a cross. It's a dagger on a shield.

Honestly, we have received the same complaints when we attempted to put JCR on our past product.

it will be cool if it was engraved and not cut. would look fancy too.

or just make a paint stencil and give a "color match" option.

When will we see this new line of bumpers for sale? I really like the non winch one with the 2 inch receiver. Also would I be able to order the D-Ring tabs at an extended length? I would want to mount my offroad lights to the D-Ring tabs so that they were below the grill, but to do that the tabs would have to come out farther from the bumper.
