Default JcrOffroad Prototyping/New Products designs and Updates!

This thread is not for asking for pricing or availability. It's to gather insight from the end user about our new designs and redesigns. If and when the products become available, we will post them in the Vendor section. Thanks!

For nearly the past decade, we have been manufacturing the same bumper line (as a whole, we did make updates along the way). But after prototyping all our new JK product line, we decided to use some of the design cues from our new design to redesign our XJ stuff!

This new style of bumper is going to be the first of our "Crusader" XJ product line.

****We've been working on this stuff for the last few days, so here are some pics to catch you up to date!

Here is a sneak peak of how the front winch bumper is coming along:

New front UNF Brackets. They now bend under to the sway bar mounting location and include inner bulkhead mounts:

This is the first prototype of the new non-winch bumper. We have decided against the angled shackle tabs. Should have some better pics of these bumpers in the next couple days, as we have finally wrapped up the winch bumper.

awesome looking bumpers! I'm kind of wishing I has waited longer on buying the tie in brackets for my homebrew bumper for these new ones!

I would love to test out that non-winch bumper for you and test it out in the field before you start mass production. it would look great on this! I will pay shipping and material costs as well.

Sweet! I have been looking into getting a prerunner bumper for a long time now I just couldn't find one that had EVERYTHING I wanted and this is it! I was actually about to get your (JCR) old prerunner but I will definitely wait for this one!

Also Is there any way you can put up the length, width and weight of the prerunner so I can figure out the leg work on how to get one barged up to Alaska?

I wish it flowed better into the factory flares. I do realize though that the majority of your customers have already hacked their flares off long ago.

I have a white 01 limited and would love to powdercoat that bumper white to match the truck....
