....I can vouch for both when it comes to customer service. I haven't placed my order yet but the guys at IronRock have answered a ton of my questions...and thats without even ordering. I ordered a bunch of stuff..... LCAs, UCAs, TB, and shackle from Andy (Ironman) and he too is great to deal with.

I think that some bigger businesses forget about how much customer service means. I have no issues paying a bit more to a smaller company, if it means that they answer questions and treat me like a customer rather than just a number.....plus supporting small local businesses is always a good thing.

i too think the guys are awesome at Iron Rock Offroad. i put their 3" lift on my 2001 WJ. was easy to install, the instructions were easy to follow. i also ordered their shocks with the kit. about 6 months after i installed the kit the right rear shock started leaking the fluid out. they had me measure to make sure i had the correct shocks. after telling them the measurement (had the correct shocks) they replaced the leaking shock for FREE!! that made me very happy. would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone

Default iron rock my only neg comment

I purchased a completed lift, shocks and a SYE from them. Iron Rock shipped it to a warehouse for me to pick up the parts. I informed them they had to list my name on the boxes, items arrived and not everything was listed in my name as some boxes came from their suppliers. When we could not find items they said :since we have tracking info" we cannot tell you in who's name they were sent. I spent hours and hours calling their suppliers to confirm shipping no. date of shipping size of boxes ecetera, since I had NO help from Iron Rock. They basically stated items shipped. The fact that they did not put a name on it was my problem. This was to a warehouse that collects items for canadians who pick up the parts/parcels and has no idea who they are for unless the boxes state who they are shipped to. In this case nothing was on the boxes and a SYE is not cheap.

After lift was installed the back was 2 full inches higher. Iron rock states just flex it and it will settle down (full leaf pack purchased).

A year later still not level with front and I added a 3/4 spring spacer in front and it was still 2" lower. Finally iron rock states they should not have sent the rear shackles. I did not keep the originals. No problem they stated "they will take care of me" for $40 they will ship me out a new set. The fact that I already spent 20 call long distance to them to fix the shipping issues and installed the shackles because that is what the instuctions state and now I have to pull them. Secondly the extra stress on the shocks (also purchased from them) ticked me off. I could have purchased replacements for 1/2 the price. Full retail does not imply taking care of me.

They also thought maybe i should just lift the front more and buy new steering parts and new shocks etc.

I did like the up front service and information as they know their stuff. IF there is a problem don't expect any support. I can easily forward my emails to them and their responses if you want to read them.

Got my sye hnt from them. Not gonna bash them because for what it is its great. but I will say this I talked to them when I ordered it and he said for my lift Height. Four and A half, it'd be perfect. Well over cut off my splines twice and my new yoke doesn't engage the seal. I did my measurements perfect and it just doesn't seem to be enough. I don't wanna cut off anymore cause I don't wanna overextend my driveshaft. We will see. I'm gonna call them tomorrow.

Default iron rock missed boat with me

had Iron rock sent me out a cheap set of shackles and or did something knowing they cost me a few trips to see if the parts were shipped to the warehouse as well as the time it took to track down the parts all without their help I would have made my next purchases there.

I have since ordered upper control arms quick disconnects and purchased another xj iwill be leaving at my winter home in AZ. It is a 98 totally stock and I looking forward to modifying for the dessert.

I don't expect it to be a rad as my current build. Which is still in process. already has gears lockers lift winch bumpers on board air, sye, and a few more things.

I just ordered their long arm upgrade kit from ebay. They emailed me a day later and said that they are out of stock and their next shippment is at the powdercoaters. WTF I heard nothing but good reviews about them and when you order something from ebay and its says in stock isnt is suppose to be in stock? anyway I have been emailed once more and they said if I want to upgrade its 100 dollars more. so as I am concerned I will never order from this company again.
