I'm running their 4.5" Long Arm Kit. Great products, and amazing customer service! Some of the best customer service i've ever had.

Well, 12 hours on the clock and nothing but great reviews, the answer is clear! I am a huge stickler with having good customer service since it's part of my job. Good customer service=efficiency. That is the sole reason why I will NOT order from Rustys.

Yea, they're awesome like that! They shipped everything to me, but forgot a couple of drill bits to do the hack n' tap SYE. I sent an e-mail to let them know, i got an e-mail back within 15-20 minutes saying "shipment just left w/ Fed-Ex".

I've been running their 4.5" springs and long arm 3 link. I love it. Super easy to adjust caster/pinion angle. Solid build. tons of flex. excellent drivability. Great customer service. DO IT!

I have their HD trac bar and drop bracket. I love it! There bar is beef and allows so much more flex than when I have my stock trac bar on. Also have their tow hook mount. Its extremely stout! Both are holding up well after 3 wheeling trips.

I have bought from IRO and what I have gotten has been perfect, well made and exactly as pictured. Shipping was flawless and service after was top notch. I don't usually push a company but would not hesitate one second to buy from them even if it cost a little more.
