Default IRON ROCK OFF ROAD track bar?

OK so i ordered the IRO Track bar and a couple Spicer u joints from iron rock off road for my 2000 xj with a 3 inch lift with 32.2's guard dogs on soft 8s . Its my daily driver but we do hit J&D off road park about once a month.

Are IRO tack bars pretty good for what i do?

If you get the double sheer upgrade for it, you would flex better. For light to moderate wheeling you should be fine with the tre version.
