IRO HD Tie Rod?
I need to update my tie rod and ends cause they are falling apart.
I don't have a ton of money for a currie or JCR kit so I'm left between the ZJ upgrade or the IRO HD tie rod.
Has anyone here tried to put the ZJ tie rod ends on the IRO HD tie rod wonder if we could upgrade to the ZJ ends also. Might be nice.
here is the link to the IRO HD tie rod

I really like the straightness of the IRO tie rod, I like how you can change out both TREs on the IRO tie rod and I don't like the sleeve on the ZJ.
the ZJ tie rod is $58.00 cheapest I have found local.

you should definitely buy one from the junk yard. $18. it'll just need a quick clean up and boom. get new TRE's for sure though.
but I mean if you gotta have a straight tie rod just for looks, at least get one like this. http://claytonoffroad.com/product_in...13d597e557b305
I wouldnt bother with any products from IRO

The IRO tie rod uses stock xj tre's that are smaller than the zj units. Do not get the IRO tie rod. You'll be breaking tie rod ends instead of bending the tie rod tube. I repeat, don't get the IRO tie rod.
