Default iro hack n tap problems.

Anyone running the iro hack n tap? I recently discovered that mine is falling apart. That little washer inside of it separated from the yoke and now its really loose. Anyone ever have any problems?

Haven't had any problems with mine. Did you shorten the output shaft enuf so the slip in the drive shaft doesn't bottom out under compression

I have contacted iro and they sent ne a new one that I had to pay for and then I have to send this one back for inspection. The output shaft is shortened along with the yoke.
