Just an adjustable gun rack in the back window, works nicely on a fishing day, don't have to have it sticking through the cab of the Jeep

Ok, ok I'm late, but whatever ...
I drive a Durango as my DD - and I just don't agree with this comment. Obviously I also have an XJ and the Durango seats are like sitting on a flat pillow compared to my XJ's. My Durango is not a beat up POS either & it's well kept with no damage to the seats. It sees street only and it's 10 years younger than my XJ. But the leather seats in my XJ are way superior in comfort to my DD even being 10 years older with twice as many miles on them.

Makes me wonder what your stock seats were. I have really plush leather seats in a '92 Limited. Top notch.

I had the cloth ones. The leather XJ ones are nice. But remember, there is like 6 different seat designs and like 10 different upholstery options for all the xj years. My cushion was also destroyed so I was riding on the rails. However, they are more comfortable than my passenger seat which was in good condition
