Intake manifold Swap

Naw. The sensor location in the intake manifold isnt too important. You might be able to seal it up with some RTV or something. I would remove that vacuum fitting and drill and tap the hole so you can plug it. You might be fighting vacuum leaks if not.

If you drill and tap it then with whatever size tap you use... 1/8" pipe plug maybe? You might be able to JB Weld it but I wont gaurantee anything. For the other extra fittings you can get vacuum line rubber caps from any auto store.

Installed my intake manifold and new header over the weekend. Most difficult part was tightening the bolts under the intake manifold and having to hammer the last header tube for clearance!
