Installed SYE - Now Have 2 Questions
Ok,
I have finally finished my installation of my SYE and took my rig for a ride last night (front wheel drive only @ this point). My question is, should the Transfer case get worm to the touch? Before you ask if i filled it back up with fluid. The answer is yes, i used ATF+4 and filled it up to the fill opng.
Should the case get that worm? I never thougth to check before since everything was in perfect working order...
Also:
- I found a High Pinion D-30 locally for $150.00. Does anyone know if that is a good price (I assume it is a steal at that price). Now I have a Low Pinion and would like to swap it out with a High Pinion and build that axle up.. I assume the swap would be a direct fit since it came out of an XJ.
Any Thoughts / Suggestions would be appreciated.
