Here are my stats and my problem:
-2011
-HIDS
-Keyless entry/remote start (PO install)
-New head light switch
-auto dimmer unplugged
-my HIDS have worked perfectly , until a few days ago. There was a clicking that started that sounds like it's coming from under the dash near the brain of the keyless. Won't stop. And now with the Jeep running, if I turn the headlights off they shut off, but once I turn the Jeep off Just the head lights come back on, no running lights. And stay on for about 10 minutes. and then the clicking returns. Any thoughts? I am willing to just remove the keyless just afraid as its wired to the starter and what not. Thanks ahead of time.

You need to remove or unplug the headlight delay relay. Problem solved. Check my build thread to see what it looks like. These cause all kinds of problems for HIDs.

That's what I was referring to as auto dimmer. Did that when HiDs installed couldn't get it to work without. Wierd thing is it has been good for like 6 months . This just started. Pull knee plate Tonight to inspect, problem went away. So I taped anything loose and fingers crossed just a fluke. Thanks for reply

If you don't already have one, I suggest running a relay harness for the ballasts. They run anywhere from $10-20. It will allow your ballasts to pull 12v power straight from the battery instead of
through your factory headlight wiring. The only thing that will be connected to your factory wiring will be a trigger for the relay. Good luck man, hopefully it was just a fluke!
