Congrats on the win! What was the contest? I have the MC springs on mine and love the ride/flex available. Wish I could afford the upper and lowers with the bushings, ah well, future mod. Give it a go yourself installing the kit.

let the shop do it $450 is cheap for all that work w/ alignmt. think about , stuck bolts, broken shock mount bolts, etc. etc. the time involved ,do you have air tools ? its def. a piece of work. did it once , wont do it anymore.

I think I'm set to do it myself, I don't have tall enough jack stands though... That will be a problem.

I use 8" x 8" or 6" x 6" solid wooden blocks under jack stands, two blocks per stand, each block one foot minimum. On a level surface!
These blocks are everywhere around here since all of our houses are elevated using them as pilings.
Whatever you do, do not use concrete blocks.

For the $450 the shop charges, you could get some jack stands, an impact wrench, etc. I'd rather buy more tools than pay a shop. I vote do it yourself! I borrowed a car from my in-laws while I was putting my lift on, and they didn't mind. They weren't even mad when some idiot in a BMW rear-ended their car when I was driving to work one morning.

I can agree to that! Concrete blocks are dangerous broke 2 of them when I was installing my 4.5. Concrete blocks are super sketchy
