ignition coil upgrade

im looking to upgrade my ignition coil
those who have upgraded there ignition coil which coil are you using
and which ones should i stay away from

the stock ignition system is pretty good for the stock motor. by stock motor i mean that if it is not a stroker or have a power adder, there is no need to upgrade the ignition system. with regular maintenance you jeep will run just fine. the 4.0 motors tend to like stock parts anyway
I used a ford 5.0 tfi msd blaster coil for a while on my 89 when the stock coil died; its not plug and play, you have to cut the stock connector off and crimp some spade terminals on. It ran pretty good that way, i've since bought a stock replacement but I'm thinking of putting it back on because she seems to sputter a little more often with the one I have now.
