I've posted this elsewhere and kind of hit a wall over there.
I installed a longer shackle and relocation brackets and of course that lifted me more and now I have vibes of course. I've got a SYE, 242 TC, Front Driveshaft in the rear that is good.
Measuring at the yoke=15
Measuring at the T.C. fill plug=O
Measuring the DS itself=15



I think I've made myself crazy reading threads about this and maybe now I am just confused. My yoke and DS are at 15*, which is high from my reading.
What corrections do I need to make? Determine shim size based off these numbers? I am seriously about to set this damn thing on fire.
Please help point me in the path of salvation for Panda.

 

How tall of a lift are you at? You could be over extending the drive shaft.

 

Have the rear wheels re-balanced and check for a bent rear axle shaft(s).

 

I am around 5in.
Ill check that out Frank. I haven't really drove my Jeep since June when I killed my regular driveshaft. I since did the SYE and additional lift. Wasn't having problems before so I don't see it being shafts or wheels. Still will check.
