Maybe the guy you got it from meant to say the axles were regeared and just didn't know anything?

I was thinking the PO probably meant rebuilt when he said regeared - as in there's a new (stock) gear in there

The front was regeared to match the 4.10 gears in the 8.8 rear axle. There is probably no upgrades on the TC....I just want to make sure before I let it go for less than I should.
