How much rake?
Working on refining the amount of lift on my XJ. Based on the standard method of measuring lift from the top of the axle tube to the bottom of the unibody rail, my XJ has 5.25" lift at the front and 4.5" lift at the rear. So by that measurement, my XJ is lifted 0.75" more at the front than the rear.
The rocker pinch seam behind the front wheel is 0.25" closer to the ground than the pinch seam at the rear wheel indicating about 0.25" of forward rake. Does this mean that stock XJs had about 1" of forward rake as measured at the pinch seam?

And don't forget about the leaf springs settling.. Took about 7000 miles for mine to find their final resting place..I made the rear a touch more knowing it was going down...
