How good does the thunderbird coils ride on a xj?

How good does the thunderbird coils ride on a xj? and soes anyone know a junkyard lower control upgrade?

I don't think thunderbird coils will even work,I know 90s f150 will but will ride rough because the pickup weights almost double what a xj does.

I recently used the v6 coils from a 96 matched with some bilsteins and it rides pretty smooth.

How much lift did you get and how hard was it to install the top plate?
