LMFAO

the track bar in the pic does look like it was staightened a bit to make it longer like alloutperform said.

OD92XJ apparently had a bad experience with R.E. sorry man, dont get all huffy puffy about it. everytime i have posted something about R.E. he has come in and said they are junk. and talked crap. either he has something against me or re cause he likes to post behind me and dog on stuff i say. from a man that fabricates himself.....R.E. is just better quality parts. im not saying ironmans isnt quality, but the wear parts on his are not MY first choice. it has a tie-rod end at one end which will bind when flexed. a double shear set-up like R.E. will not bind while flexing. his track bar he is running also has a tie-rod end and looks maxed out just sitting there. (just like his tie-rod end at the pitman arm)

TO THE OP-try to get a measurment of your pitman arm, and how much "drop" it has and post it here, and i can tell you if that is a drop pitman or stock. like i said before, it looks stock to me and i was out messing with one all day yesterday, changing my steering box. looks can be deceiving.

EDIT- if you have a drop on the pitman arm, then you also need to drop the track bar to keep your drag link and track bar parallel to avoid bump steer. it looks close to parallel now but with a drop it would be better. doesnt look like ironman even offers one.................

It's not the track bar Rusty's intended to be used with the 8.5 lift ,as that would be the hd trackbar/hd drop bracket this is neither ...I got his drop bracket but a custom trackbar for it from him to work with my set up which is nearly flat .

biggest thing i see wrong is a winch bumper but no winch haha just busting ur chops. i say run it til it breaks if its just a trail rig but if you use it on the streets at all beef it up with something aftermarket, better safe then sorry when there are innocent people involved

I also plan on removing the coil spacers and blocks so I'm running a 6.5" not 8.5" as I think 8.5 is a bit of an overkill

If you plan 2 keep the d30 you do fancy hi steer /drop track bar bracker and raise track bar mount at axle ...all these items are available at Rusty's site ...But if it rolls down the highway well and you think you'll be upgrading the axles don't waste money.

First item on the axle to address is beefing up the lower CA axle mounts if still stock ...as for beefing the d30 it depends on tire size/kind of wheeling and what you're breaking ...I''m a bad guy to ask on the d30 beef up ,as my beefing up a d30 started with pulling it and putting a d60 in place of it .

I just purchased the double shear trac bar from Iron Rock Offroad. Its beefy, I just put it on this weekend but I still have the Jeep on stands right now. But the price was pretty good. Deffinately work checking out.
