I just ordered a 3 in Suspension Rough Country Lift, and my tires are rubbing i belive on my tie rods. I am running 31x10.50's and i was wonderin if there was anyway to correct it besides buyin wheel spacers. I know the ideal tire size for the lift is what i have but they are so wide the lift wont correct it.

Do you have stock rims? If so, that's the reason. You would want rims with 'better' backspacing, aka rims that make the tire stick further out from the wheel well.
Honestly your kinda stuck. Either replace the rims, replace the tires, or replace the arms. I don't like wheel spacers, esp since you can get rims with the proper backspacing for the same price, if not slightly cheaper.
Keep your eyes on craigslist for rims, I got a set WITH tires for a great price. Rubber has 75% left, and they are eagle alloy aluminum rims.

go hit the junkyard grab some ranger rims take the inner lip off the ranger rim and en joy proper backspacing. you could just set the steering stops so it doesn't hit

Had the same problem, installed new 01 WJ LCA that I got from rockauto.com $88 shipped to my door for the pair, I now enjoy a better ride and no more rubbing without losing the tight turn radius.
Just get the rims. $50 a piece and if that is to much just hit the JY. Rangers Exploders a ton of turds run the same bolt pattern and you can find them with aftermarket rims. Crocroft buy me had a set $60 for 5. Not hard to find.
I still don't like adjusting from there, as you do lose turning radius. Rims can be found for cheap, that's the ideal way to correct rubbing...when trimming isn't possible.
That basically what I did. Although I didn't get em for 60$, that's a great deal.
