I've posted on here asking for and update almost a week ago and sent kris a text asking him to hop in here and give us an update, With no response at all now I have been really patient since ordering in December but it has been almost 4 months since I ordered I figured I would get my lights by March but now were half way into April. I understand he is busy but he needs to set time aside to get us out products. My wife and I both work 60-65hrs a week , and have 2kids (2-1/2 yrs and 4 months ) plus we are involved with other stuff we are busy but still have time to get stuff done. Kris said he built a new big soaking tub and hired new help well parts are not seeming to get out any faster. My buddy just made a set of HID's for his Jeep he used the same projectors, ballast, and probably glass housings at FST he got his parts with in a 2weeks this make me wonder WTF is going on with FST. Did we fun his move, pay his bills while unemployed now he's trying to catch up with income to get us our stuff ?

Ok Tom, you've been one of the most patient ones here without resorting to flaming or bashing so now that you're getting concerned, tell you guys what. I'm gonna look into it personally and see what results I can come up with. Untill then, lets just all stay calm. Deal?

So far I got no response from Email, Phone call or PM. I'm giving it till this weekend for a response untill I shut down/close all of their FS threads. I'll let you guys know if I hear anything by then. But untill then, keep trying also.

Well this is not sounding good. Been very patient. Not complaining a bit. So I guess it may be time to start worrying and think about getting my money back. *sigh*

I've seen this on another forum and a guy was so pissed he ended up filing some kind of fraud charges and was able to get others that got scammed into the charges.
Hopefully that doesn't have to go that far, but for you guys that paid along time ago, it might be your only option.

I've been in contact with one of the Admin's over there. You guys are more than welcome to go over there to post your grievances and call him out.
No threats of physical violence though guys! This is important!!! Other than that, the gloves are off.
The local wheeling community has cut ties with him and he has been called out in public by local wheelers.
I'm going to suggest that people take legal action and call his local authorities.

Well.. I've been in business a long time, and I've been stiffed by customers and vendors alike. This guy was showing all the signs.
Collectively, we gave this guy so much rope that he hung US!
There are few posts by others on off-camber, and not a lot of current and cohesive posts here to get a good idea, but I think it's high time we start to compile some kind of data about exactly how much this guy has duped us for.
I would ask that EVERYONE who placed an HID headlight order with FST that you never received, please make a quick post with your order number, the date your ordered, how you paid (Credit card / Paypal, but no account numbers obviously) and how much you paid. In the event that some kind of fraud suit occurs, we'll at least have some specific information to go on.
I know there are those of you who also got stiffed on other items from him, but I'd like to keep this initial roll call confined to the core subject of this thread. If any of you want to start another thread related to other items, that's probably a good idea.

I think someone should start a general thread about kris froehlich and FST for everyone who got stiffed to post in. Please post up at off-camber as well, since they want to know what's going on as well. You can also file complaints online at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
