they make a curved bumper adapter, but not sure a stock bumper can support the weight?

There really isn't a good place to use it on a stock jeep. I have had to use mine on the rockers and both of them are crushed now. The only good place for them is the bumper, if its after market, or on some rock sliders. The factory bumpers cant support the weight and will crush.

if you have a trailer hitch, you can use a d-ring adapter and stick the jack into a d-ring and lift from that. just be aware of any potential damage that may occur if used wrong. always respect your equipment.
if you open your hatch before lifting, it may save damage if it slips out. be sure to block the wheels with logs or rocks.
but don't lift from any stock bumpers.

there are actually two points on each side of the rocker a hi-lift will work. I used mine multiple times Sunday as I blew the bead on multiple tires. LOL.
there is a reinforced "V" area; two on each side. one near each wheel. you will see it and feel it.
I had no issues jacking from there multiple times.
the stock bumper is a no-no

I lift the mine with a high lift, too get jack stands under. In the rear Lift off the hitch. The front is very risky, you have to lift at the bumper brackets. Which means you are lifting, balanced on a bolt head. Yes it can be done, if you have too. My main purpose for having the high lift is as a winch.

If you hack from your front bumper use the portion of the front bumber where it ties into the frame. Same goes for the back of bumper. If you have a rear hitch you can use that hitch. I have had the same experience as j-rod when it comes to the rocker panels. the far left and far right of the rocker panel nearest each tire should have a point where you can jack from. These are my own experiences which i have had success with. Try these at your own risk!

Can I lift from the tow bar bracket
I have Demco towbar brackets installed in the front, attached to the frame, for towing behind my motor home.
Wonder if I use them as recovery points, and as a place to attach a high-lift jack?
Rick.

you can buy a bumper hook for your high lift that works great. When I bought my jeep the PO left it under the back seat. I use it for the front only and place it next to the bumper mounts. But, I also have the factory tie-ins so I have a little more strength there. For the rear I just use the hitch. Have had 0 problems so far but I am extra careful when I'm doing it. Your best bet would be to use on sliders if you were to purchase them.

You can jack it up by the rim if its steel or use the spot on the bumper were it bolts to the bracket since that would be the strongest area.
Rocker panels are kinda risky IMHO
NEVER use it on a fender or wheel well because it will buckle in.
