Default Hesitation and stalling

Ok well I had my 96 XJ running straight pipe after the cat, after wheeling, My jeep started to idle real low, and real high.. So i figured it was the throttle body, cleaned out the carbon, and replaced my Idle Control Valve.. It ran good for about a month, just stalling occasionally.

So I parked it, and tuned it up, New plugs, new wires, clean air filter.. After all that, it sounded like it was breaking down, and the cat was shaking around, the insides seemed as if they were all loose. I thought my cat was clogged, so I cut it off, and started it up with no O2 senors or cat. Drove it down the road and back, with lots of noise, hesitation, and no pedal at all..

I have no clue whats wrong with it, seeing as i'm planning on getting a full exhaust system anyway.. but i'm not sure if thats the problem, any help?

The motor runs strong, just is struggling a lot, and its sad to see my Jeep struggle, its my baby and I need to figure out whats wrong with it, I have about 800$ to fix this, suggestions?

Did you replace the cap, and rotor also?

A fuel pressure test is in order along with a fuel filter change.

Also check to see if your MAP hose is cracked, very easy to fix and causes some weird issues.

Got a full tune up, and a new TPS, we'll see whats up after that, I'll keep you guys posted, this motor is bullet proof I don't wanna have to junk it over something small.
