im in the market for extended brake lines. i want to buy the ones from quadratec but there is a set for 84-89 and a set for 90-01. i have a 99 rear axle and a 89 front. so what do i have to do? thanks guys

 

I have a 89 and got a set off a CJ they were 4" longer. Great for my 3" BB.

 

get stock cj brake lines for the front, they are good up to a 5in lift and a tj back one is good up to 6in lift

 

well I'm runnin 8.5" lift

 

According to this thread Dodge Ram Van Brake Lines are 10-12" longer.

 

I don't want another vehices lines. what's the difference between the late and early model lines?

 

The bolt right up. I'm running 1/2 ton Chevy pu lines on the front and they bolt right in. Brake lines are all made by the same companies anyways.

 

A brake line is a brake line chief.

 

chevy brake lines work well for me also. they look like they're meant to be there

 

I want orange stainless braided lines.

Just goto any auto parts store and they can make you brake lines any size you need dirt cheap. I found this out after buying stainless ones.

 

you can get them at quadratec so idk y u would say good luck like an ***.

I am fairly sure the difference is abs.

 

Man don't get aggrivated I know exactly what your talking about. They are right...BUT...what axles do you have? Best bet email quadratec and explain what you need, tell them what you have they can tell you exactly what to get. P.S I want black and yellow braided brake lines for $90 for front and back I want them.
