I'm almost to the point of getting my 5.5" lift from IRO. This is what the kit includes:

Front Long Arms with 7.5° Caster Adjuster
5.5" Coil Springs

I know I will have to get an SYE or T-case drop but is there anything else I will have to get to make the kit work on my jeep? Thanks for the help

get sway bar disconnects...

get the 9000 series shocks... worth the extra $20 better yet get some Bilstien 5100s... will cost you an extra 100-$150 but they are a GREAT bang for the buck shock

SYE and compatible drive shaft?

shackle relocation boxes maybe? depends on your shackle angle

shims for the rear axle...

the shackles will push the rear axle forward a little bit... this might allow you to run the stock d shaft but I really doubt that

transfer case drop kit i would get also no sense driving around with vibrations then do the sye if needed

 

IRO cross member adjusts to lower t-case.
You need a drop pitman arm in the same amount of drop as your track bar to keep proper steering geometry.

 

weird thing was when I dropped my pitman arm 1" I needed 1.5" on the track bar... weird how that works... it still do not understand it...

 

for the drop pitman arm you might want to consider using a ZJ pitman arm... usually can get them for about $5-$15 at the junk yard... they are a 1" drop

 

I have the stock drivetrain (no t-case drop or sye) will the 1" drop on the kit give me a good enough angle at 5.5? thanks

It might, you won't know until you try, also if your going to be replacing springs, its an easy time to shim the rear pinion up some which will also help.
