Default Help! Steering setup issues

If anyone has any suggestions to my steering setup would be appreciated. I have essentially ruined my front tires in about a month and am assuming this to be the root. I upgraded with a ZJ tie rod other than that steering linkage is stock.

Here is the drag link attached to the pitman as well.

Also had believed that over inflation in my tires caused the wear, approx 35 psi at the time and have been aired down since to about 25 psi.

check your toe settings..also the outsidde tire wear would indicate some possibly bad ball joints, our unit bearings going south.

Obviously been too long so I'll star there. Still concerned about the awkward positioning of drag link to pitman, as well as to the axle side. Would proper ligament alleviate the "stress" on those joints.

it would help to know your lift setup, looks like I see aftermarket LCAs and stock uppers....how much lift? you may need a dropped pitman arm

Yes, If your toe setting is is too much negative or too much positive the front end more or less fights it self going down the road. This also puts a lot of extra stress on the entire steering system and front axle. You also need to have the tires set to the proper pressure, on the street I would not run a tire any lower than 30psi, any lower and the tire tends get hot and could blow out.

I'm having similar issues with my tires...odd cupping wear and feathering... I checked the air pressure and it was at 35 psi so that's not the issue. Also the passenger side is wearing worse than the driver side. I think I have some alignment/ball joint/toe/camber issues lol.... The whole 9 yards of crap! Uh it never ends....
