Obviously been too long so I'll star there. Still concerned about the awkward positioning of drag link to pitman, as well as to the axle side. Would proper ligament alleviate the "stress" on those joints.

Yes, If your toe setting is is too much negative or too much positive the front end more or less fights it self going down the road. This also puts a lot of extra stress on the entire steering system and front axle. You also need to have the tires set to the proper pressure, on the street I would not run a tire any lower than 30psi, any lower and the tire tends get hot and could blow out.

I'm having similar issues with my tires...odd cupping wear and feathering... I checked the air pressure and it was at 35 psi so that's not the issue. Also the passenger side is wearing worse than the driver side. I think I have some alignment/ball joint/toe/camber issues lol.... The whole 9 yards of crap! Uh it never ends....
