HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!
Hello I'm new to the forum and to jeeps
Anyways I need major help
I wen out to start my 1988 jeep cherokee sport 4.0 HO this morning and I let my jeep warm up b4 leavening the house so when I came back out to leave I noticed a small puddle under my front diff
I swabbed it with my finger and noticed it was GAS!!!
So I piped my hood and my 3rd injector in from the front is leaking
I would guess these r the OEM injectors and I bet the o rings are shot
So my ? Is should I rebuild my injectors or buy new one and if I buy new one what one should I put in
I don't have mile deep pockets so I need something somewhat cheep not saying I'm trying to rig something up I just don't want to spend 300 to 400 dollars on injectors
Someone please help

Members on this forum are frequently selling injectors they've pulled and cleaned from the junkyard. I bought some from someone on here and they've lasted 20k miles and still going. Look in the ForSale section. You might be able to find an upgrade- some injectors have better atomization and spray patterns.
I'd recommend just upgrading with some used injectors that have been cleaned. The o-rings are easy to replace when you swap them out.

Best for the 1987-1990 Renix are actually 746s from a Volvo. See here:

During 1987-1990 the Jeep brand was owned by Renault. They introduced the 4.0L I6 engine with a combination of their own Renault technology and established Bendix tech. Renault/Bendix = Renix. It technically refers to just the fuel injection/computer system but there are other differences between the Renix series of Jeeps and the rest of the production (under Chrysler or under AMC proper)
