Those look fine IMHO. Also, I'd take the front fenders off completely if your area doesn't have flare laws. It's kind of like a naked bike that way. And looks like a different vehicle altogether.
Looks like this. Paint it though. It will look a lot better with paint.
Fenderless is the way to go.

I'd love to go fender-less, but around here its at "the Officer's discretion". So some days, officer A wont mind it, but on some days, Officer B will give me ****. For the rear, i'm throwing removable dump truck mud flaps (that'll shut them up). But I need to figure out a wheel - well situation as mine just asks for attention and looks like crap lol.
