Do you have the long arm kit? I had no trouble installing mine but it was the 6.5" LA kit!! I put the control arms on first then threw the springs and shocks in, had to play hell to get the axle back in place but it worked out and I have been rolling ever since. And it was a front yard swap!!

Pictures would help us help you!!

Gonna need drop brackets if you want it to ride good at all and to put the angle back to stock.

Sometimes I wonder why a company would make a 6.5in short arm lift with no drop brackets. I mean, I would understand if they did not make them, but RC is one of very few that actually make them. The fact that it will look and ride funny is a well known fact so they should just discontinue that combo. The adjustable arms are super gnarly but without drop brackets it will not work good even at 5 inches. I am not knocking RC as far as products, I only have their relocators and leafs, so nothing that could break. Weird combo is all.

Oh yeah. And since RC screwed the pooch on this set, get the drop brackets from Rocky-Road.com. They are better, have a longer brace in the rear at a less steeper angle.

Yeah I agree it's so dumb because you know for damn sure when they installed it they saw the issues they have to think of us who use them for DD's

DD or not its bad. At that steep of an angle the control arms are in a "flexed" position, if you will, all the time. You need to get them more parallel to the ground so then they droop down while the Jeep is flexing. This way they are drooped already while the Jeep is sitting still. They are easy to install. If you tackled the lift kit install, you will be able to put these on as well.
