hella 100 watt bulbs
can i run these bulbs with out burning up my factory wiring harness?

Do you already have H4 housings, or still running sealed beams?
Regardless, to run that wattage I would recommend an upgraded harness so that the 12 comes to the headlights by way of a relay rather than through your switch.
