^true, if anything you can always upgrade to something more powerful right in front of the heater core to push the air to all ducts as long as the foam is cut without many restrictions

Yeah, they're not known for a high cfm rating. I might end up using some sort of industrial equipment cooling fans. I work in auto parts so I'll scour my catalogs to see whats available. If not I can go to the industrial shop by my house and see what they have. I might even end up using one big (4"-5") fan and making duct work from there. Thanks for the input guys! Any other suggestions are welcome

I have a few 8" computer fans nd i was curious to see how well they blew so i hooked em up real fast and they blew everything right off the desk. If you can fit a few 8" fans id say do that or a few 6 inch fans. Or mix em up. Also since u said your gonna install a shut off switch youcann probably also use a powerful computer power supply unit to power everything. Just an idea i had to throw out there.

I'm just going to plumb the fans into my existing wire harness I made. I have a few empty fuse spots to hook into. I'll just run them on a switch. I'm now thinking of using a bigger fan on the back side to blow through the heater core and "pressurize" the box. Then I'll plumb a couple of ducts out to the dash to bleed off the pressure creating a "factory like" heating sysem. The goal is to make everything easily removable/servicable. I built the whole jeep so that if I wreck the body I can remove everything fairly easily and swap it all into another completely stripped down jeep with minimal down time.
