Headlight question

I did my lift a few months ago, and was wondering, after a lift, do you have to re-aim your headlights? if so, how do you do that?

There are adjuster screws on the housing.

i know that part. but isnt there something like you have to park like 4 feet from a wall and stuff. also, do i have to re aim them?
