Header Install Issues
I'm installing a Rugged Ridge header on my Jeep. After getting the old manifold out and the new header in, I can't get the brackets to the serpentine belt tensioner and power steering pump on the intake manifold to line up with the holes on the water pump. I have already threaded the nuts onto the dowel pins on the front and the back of the header. Do I need to pull those off and attach the bracket before I bolt the intake manifold up? Or can I get away with having the header still attached and some muscle power to force the intake manifold and bracket into the right place? I need some feedback ASAP, as I'm in the "Extreme Damage Area" of upstate NY with the hurricane coming and all.

Make sure your intake manifold is fully seated to the head and not stuck on the dowel pins.
