Default Having death wobble at 40mph

hello there XJ friends. . . I just bought my jeep last month and got a 3" rough country lift (front spring 3", sway bar drop kit, lower control arms, and add a rear leaf) installed like last week and i was having death wobble every time i hit a little bump going about 35 to 45 mph, which makes me not even go near the freeway, as of yesterday i took it back to the shop where they installed and they said i needed a new track bar and sway bar bushings and alignment but i still have the problem going on . . . any help would be appreciated. Im running 245/75/16 with liberty wheels so i doubt it could be the tires

are all lifted jeep like that ???

a new track bar probably wouldnt fix it. if ur track bar is that bad it woulda had wobble before the lift. u probably just need an alignment. if nothing else has been changed besides a small lift. and Death wobble doesnt occur from the sway bar. that bs. but if they need to be changed sure but Death wobble comes from ANYTHING loose in ur "steering" components or wore out components and / or unbalanced tires.

Also check the pressure in your tires. A low tire can affect it.

pieced together on my iPhone using all the extra parts from my cherokee...

I love death wobble...."crap sweetie, my wheels falling off!" Followed by a look of terror on my gfs face that doesn't really get any better when I say "don't worry, its just death wobble" Check the balancing of tires. Mine went away when I got under there and tightened everything up and adjusted my alignment and re attached my steering stabilizer. That's with 7+ inches of lift. Just double check everything under the front end.

Had a serious DW last weekend develop at 48mph.
I replaced two tires (one was bad wore on the outside edge) and checked the quad-link bolts to make sure they was tight and then had it aligned and the DW left me.
The first time it happened a year ago, I found just the slightest bit of slack in the trackbar.
