If you plan on cruising over 65, doesn't matter too much. Only a couple mpg gain. Keep it slow and you'll have the improvement you want

Nice. Now I'm annoyed that the gauge cluster isn't really modifiable... would be fantastic to move the volt meter out of the way and put a vac meter in there so you can see it easier and not have tacky A-pillar crap or screwed on gauges sticking up everywhere.

TRUST ME IF YOU HAVE AN AW4 GO 4.56s!!!! You will want the extra torque if you still want some mud and rock action. Just go 60-65mph for better MPG if that is a huge concern. I'm telling you 4.10s and 33s for offroad is a boarderline DOG

i have an AX-15. i was told that would be the best street/trail gears all around. what do you suggest for an AX-15? ill be commuting 90 minutes a day mon-fri to and from college, as my jeep is my daily driver, but also a trail rig on the weekends, and a few days after school.

the ax-15 has a lower final drive output than the aw4. Therefore 4.10's on an ax-15 are about equal to 4.56's on an aw4. 4.56's on an ax-15 would be about equal to 4.88's on an aw4.

1999. In that spot theres a little filler panel for the 3 or 4 extra lights used in diesel models. I prefer the newer style interior but man, there's nowhere to put anything!
