Default Glasspack + turndown

Having an issue guys. I dunno what I want to do exhaust wise. I'm running cherrybomb glasspack atm, with the stock pipe out the rear. There is an exhaust leak that no amount of Muffler Sealer will fix. So, do I re-do the entire system (last option, I'm broke) or just run a turn down off of the glasspack?

pay your local small mechanic shop to weld it. I did this for my hanger on my tailpipe and ended up having to throw the guy a 15 spot to do it. Well worth it

Mines not welded, but I have to pack sealer into the pipe gap with it installed.

I ran a turndown for about a week...it was way too loud inside the cab. And I like it loud.

I'm tempted to do it. Heard it's good then heard other things.

I've got a glasspack and a turndown, it is pretty loud. All I can see are benefits to running it this way, aside from the cabin drone. I was wheeling a while back and scraped my gas tank on some rocks, looking at the damage, if I had been running a tailpipe out the back I would have had to replace it. Also, I set off car alarms, makes me smile, and everyone who knows your car knows when you arrive

Should pm'd me man im ur exhaust guy...
I think you should probly run a turndown like 6$ at a store. Your exhaust leak is after the glass pack or before? If its b4 weld it up...also the turn down will make the glass pack drone louder BC the soundwaves are reverberating back. To help this angle it to ur tire ...i thing turn Downes are great and if u run the turn down parallel to the ground then less chance of it getting hung up.

It's after the GP, and between the pipe and the extension piece. With the drones, that why I thought about doing side exit but I do also so trail riding. However, putting it out the side would get rid of the drones correct?

I have a glasspack w/ a turndown after the axle. Its not too loud, and provides a good tone. The local exhaust shop did the whole job including the glasspack, tube, and bends to make the exhaust high clearance for ~$80.
