Getting flares on my cherokee with 38s???
Yeah you are going to have to make your own.... I would definately plate the boday then build off of them either using plate, or tube. I want to see a build thread on your ride... Looks to be one of the cleanist chop tops I have ever seen.

Maybe you could try flares from another vehicle. The bushwackers from a superduty look pretty big.

Are TJ flares big enough to cover the cutout on your rig?
I only run 33's with TJ flares, but I cut the flare short and there's more sheet metal I could cut out.

Not to try and get this thing back on-topic but what about the plastic flower bed edging stuff they sell in rolls for not a lot of money? The hijack actually made me think of it because we used to make cheap "disposable" air dams for our race cars out of the stuff.
Probably won't look great but should do the trick.
