It's 3.73+ if you have 3.55 you need a new one

Yep. You need a 3.73 and numerically higher carrier.

If been doing some looking and I don't think these will work. My current gears have a crush sleeve. Need help with gears.

What won't work? Crush sleeve has to do with the pinion preload.

It says without crush sleeve. Does that mean I need to buy one or a non crush sleeve axle. If been looking at this for the past couple months, don't want to order the wrong stuff.

You stated you're having a shop do the work? Have them order the parts. No offense, but it seems you lack the knowledge of what all needs to happen here...

Yeah, our D30's don't have crush sleeves. 8.25 and 35 do.

my Dana 30 front does have a crush sleeve. I removed it to install previous gears for a hp d30.
