because they are so close in ratio that unevenly worn tires would cause more problems and binding on the drive train then the ratio difference.
they will effect rpm, acceleration, mpg ect, I just ment no effect or damage will be caused by the "miss match"
4wd on pavement or not, H or L, the difference is so small it still wouldn't damage it any more then the stok setup.

4.10's with 33's is almost at stock gearing thats if your jeep has 3.55's with the stock tire being a 215x75x15 witch is (27 1/2") tall...so if your jeep is a DD go with 4.10's...if its more offroad then onroad and not a DD then go with 4.56's thats just my opinion...after x-mas im doing 4.10s with 33x10.50's

New gear ratio = New tire size x Old gear ratio / Old tire size

That formula will not make allowance for the increased rolling resistance of the larger tires nor will it factor in the added wind resistance caused by the lift and taller tires.
Most people don't realize how much of a drain on power the higher rolling resistance is when going to a 5-8 inch taller tire.
33s minimum should be 4.10s, best will be 4.56s, 35s minimum 4.56s best will be 4.88s

well it is possible to go too low...i run 4.88's and 35's in my D30/8.8 and it's really jumpy in 4lo when you're not used to it...i felt like a twelve year old trying to drive a 5 speed for the first time haha...however, i love it now because at around 3 grand in first AND second, my spedometer doesnt even register

depends on if you plan on going bigger...i personally think you should go ahead and get 4.56, you cant really go wrong there haha, its not like you're going for some sort of 10:1 ratio versus a 2.55:1 haha IMO

I didnt see a point in going with 4.10s, & just went strait for 4.56 w/35"s! why regear to 4.10s & put a spool in there, its like having a snack on the way to an all you can eat!!! lol

Another point, if you're like alot of jeepers, myself included, you'll say oh the biggest I want to go is 33's. Then a little while down the road its hmm, 35's would look good after a little sawzall. I'd gear lower then you think now. I'm running 4.88s and 35's, that's about the same as 4.56 on 33's. It's a good combo

You really only want to drop the money once. so if 33's are in your sights now go 4.56's because you will hate 4.10's WHEN you go to 35's...

You could also get all the gears, bearings ect and wait to put them on until you are ready to buy tires, if you are worried aout being to low while you wear out the 32's.
