Gear upgrade
So I plan to upgrade the gears in my diff's from the stock 3.55 to 4.10's. What do I need besides the ring&pinon sets, seal, bearings, etc.? Do I have to replace the diff case and gear sets?

The small gain you'll get with 4.10s vs 3.55s isn't worth the cost of the gears and install. You're looking at close to a grand and you won't really notice much if any of a difference.

I will feel the difference. I feel the difference with the 3.55's with my lift kit. I also tow a 4000 pound camper...it's to help my transmission. What about the gear sets, they seem very specific to sizes. Do I need to replace the stock gear set or not?

Axles from a 4 banger is the best idea yet assuming he can find a rear that's not a d35.
