they're an option with most aftermarket stereos.
I picked up mine at walmart for 75 bucks and by buddy installed it.

OR the much more affordable "plug this into your cigarette lighter and you have two USB ports" package. $4.99 at Wal-mart and pretty much every smartphone uses a USB cable for the data/charging cable. so, literally $5 and you never have to worry about batt life when in the car. Thats the way i went.

Without reading the last 2 pages. It isn't just tire size. Weight of the wheel matters, rolling resistance of the tire matters, and the right match of gear ratio and tire size matters. There's other things but since we're only talking about wheels...
Not to derail this thread, but one more often overlooked thing for those of us who run a CAI (Cold Air Intake) on our XJ's. During the months when temps drop below 40 degrees during any period you drive, you should find a way to remove the heat shield from the engine bay so as to allow warmer air into your engine. Yes this sounds counterproductive but hear me out on this - it has been tested and it is factual.
CAI's allow the engine to produce more horsepower by letting in colder (denser) air, this also helps with engine temps a bit as the engine isn't sucking in such hot air. All of which being great in the summer, sucks in the winter. Yes the air is colder, but there is a threshold where if the air is too cold, your engine runs extra rich to compensate, thus wasting fuel. The magic number is about 90 degrees F, which sounds high, but when you consider that normal underhood temps in winter are a bit higher, let alone in the summer which are much higher.
If this is sounding like blah blah blah, here's the shortened version:
- Winter = Warm Air needed for the intake to offset ambient temps
- Summer = Cool Air needed for the intake to offset ambient temps
