Default full size running gear question.

I have a 00 xj. I have a ford 9 inch rear and full size dana 44 front. should i shorten them or leave them full length?

Goals for this jeep is just gonna be a mountain trail jeep. some places i took my last xj didnt track wide enough.

Keep it full width if your last xj was not wide enough, It it is too wide with aftermarket wheels look for some factory alloys off a newer truck with the same bolt pattern they usually have crazy b/s which will narrow the width a bit

There are ridiculous amounts of builds online dude, this isn't an uncommon thing anymore.

Tire size will help determine width as well. Tall tires will make it top heavy and the extra width helps with that. The extra width has been nice on side hills and such on mine.
