60s do have a bigger spindle which seems to be a some what weak point on a 14bt we end up junking alot of 14bts at my work because of that. But they are a tough rearend

its a little much for 35s IMHO. I built mine to handle 37s, on 35s now. if you want 37s or bigger, go with a 60 front to begin with. and i'm not a huge fan of that rear 60, the tubes are relatively small.

The axle tubes are bigger on a 60 then a 14 3.125x.313 thick 14 is 3x.250. Axles are the weaker point on a 60. Im a 14bolt fan but not for a rig on 37s or smaller. 37s on a 14bolt are like 35s on anything else unless u shave it. Lol

theres more than one size axle tube for a D60. Mine has 3.5" tubes. either way, i'd truss it.
