Default upgrade tie rod / drag link?

I want to upgrade my tie rod and drag link to the aftermarket style that just goes from wheel to wheel and has a separate drag link. But I don't really want to spend the $200+. Are there and ones from other vehicles that will fit?

Yes. Its still a y-link.

You want a t-link. Not sure of anything stock that'll fit. If there was one I'm sure it'd be common knowledge at this point.

Nothing stock that I know of either. Sorry man. Let me know if there is anything we can do to help you out.

Even if you were to build your own "t" setup it would be over $200. I've run the zj tie rod on 35's for almost 2 years on everything from city potholes to numerous trips to rausch creek and its held up perfect.

ZJ drag link is the same as an xj drag link..
Only thing thats an upgrade is the tie-rod.

Are you talking about 1 ton steering? That'd be we'll worth the money if you plan on locking the front and running big tires.

FIFY.

after running inverted t, i'd never run it again if i had the option not to. steering feel sucks compared to cross over or even inverted y. you dont need giant *** DOM steering if you dont plan on rock crawling. the ZJ option is great for most people, and people who want more beef and better angles for a taller lift should pony up for the currie steering. its strong enough as long as you dont drive by braille.
