So, I really just wanna move that front axle forward an inch or two just to get away from the footwells in tight turns. I'll be doing a custom 3 link when I do this. There won't be any need to relocate the body side coil mounts with such a small stretch will there?

 

That all depends on how far forward you consider small.
Iron rock and tnt make a truss for the d30.
Not sure about iron rock's truss, but tnt's truss has an option to move the axle forward.

Might want to look into that its a cheap alternative to making everything yourself.
